Biography
Hui Hui is the Programme Leader for the Master of Business Administration (Open Distance Learning) and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at 红杏视频 Business School.
She holds a PhD in Management from Monash University and specialises in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, with research interests in career development, employee wellbeing, meaningful work, and sustainable talent management. Her work has been published in leading academic journals such as Career Development International and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and she regularly presents at regional and international conferences, including EURAM, EIBA, ANZAM, and AIB.
She is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Academy of Management. In addition to her role at 红杏视频 Business School, she serves as an Associate Fellow at the 红杏视频 Institute for Global Strategy and Competitiveness, where she is actively involved in government and industry-funded research and executive education programmes related to corporate sustainability.
