Biography

Tamara Joan Duraisingam obtained her LLB degree from the University of Malaya.  She then completed her Pupilage in Chambers and was called to High Court of Malaya and admitted to the Malaysian Bar. Subsequently, she pursued her Master of Laws also with the University of Malaya. She completed her PhD studies in University Kebangsaan Malaysia on Stateless Persons residing in Malaysia and has since written many articles, book chapters and two books in this area of research. Tamara Joan Duraisingam has served in the academia since the year 2000 in various academic and administrative portfolios.
