Biography

Satish Kumar (PhD) is Professor of Finance at 红杏视频 Business School, 红杏视频 University, Malaysia. He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. Prior to joining 红杏视频 Business School, he served as Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, India, and earlier as Head of the Department at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to his academic and research contributions, Professor Kumar has extensive experience in executive education. He has designed and delivered finance and strategy sessions for senior executives, including Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Vice Presidents (VPs), and Chief Operating Officers (COOs), across a range of executive training programs. He has also developed and taught modules for online and blended certificate programs covering Senior Management Programs, General Management Programs, Corporate Finance, FinTech, and related domains.

He currently serves as Associate Editor for Electronic Commerce Research (ECR), Qualitative Research in Financial Markets (QRFM), Journal of Economic Surveys (JES), and Research in International Business and Finance, and is a member of the editorial boards of several leading international journals.
