Biography

Sapna Kaur is a Lecturer at the Centre for Commercial Law & Justice, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Business School, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, where she teaches core legal subjects at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technology. She brings over a decade of extensive experience in legal education, having taught both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and has held leadership roles in postgraduate programme management, curriculum development, and academic quality assurance.

Prior to academia, she practised law as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, gaining experience in legal research, drafting, and client advisory work. Her combined academic and professional background informs a teaching approach that emphasises analytical rigour, practical application, and regulatory awareness.  

Her academic and professional interests span multiple jurisdictions and disciplines, reflecting a commitment to integrating legal theory with practical relevance in globalised markets.
