Biography

Dr Ranjana Tiwari is a Senior Lecturer at the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Business School, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, Malaysia, specializing in well-being in tourism, positive psychology, destination image, travel motivation, and case-based pedagogy. She holds a PhD in Tourism Management and is a Harvard Certified Higher Education Instructor. Her research and writing focus on integrating wellness, sustainability, and human behavior within tourism. She recently developed and published the Responsible Tourist Behavior Scale, a contribution that deepens the understanding of ethical and sustainable practices among travelers. She is also the editor of the forthcoming volume Wellness, Well-being and Tourism (Channel View Publications), which brings together global perspectives on the intersections of health and travel. In addition, she has co-edited a book of teaching cases in tourism and hospitality management, designed to bridge theory and practice in higher education classrooms worldwide.
