Biography

With over 26 years of multifaceted experience spanning the corporate sector, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and academia, Ms.Indu brings a unique blend of practical insight and academic excellence to the classroom and beyond. For the past 16 years, she has dedicated herself to higher education, where she has served in key leadership positions including Head of Business School and Head of Academic, leading curriculum development, academic strategy, and faculty management. 

Indu holds an MBA with Distinction, is currently pursuing her PhD in the area of social entrepreneurship, focusing on the role of innovative enterprise models in addressing societal challenges—a reflection of her deep interest in impactful, purpose-driven initiatives.

Renowned for her engaging and empathetic teaching style, she has consistently received outstanding teaching evaluations, with students often commending her ability to make complex concepts accessible and relevant. Her approachable demeanor, combined with her wealth of real-world and academic experience, has made her a highly respected and well-loved figure among students and colleagues alike.
