Dr Wajiha Alim has over nine years of teaching and academic experience, specializing in finance-related subjects such as investment analysis, portfolio management, financial markets, behavioural finance, and financial accounting, as well as management-related modules across business programmes. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lucknow and a PhD on the factors influencing investment strategy among retail investors.

Her academic work includes curriculum design, student mentoring, and research supervision across business and finance programmes. Her research interests focus on how investor behaviour, information cues, and risk preferences shape investment outcomes.
