Biography
Dr Becky is an academic and researcher in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She serves as a Lecturer at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Business School. Dr Becky is also an international scholar who collaborates with scholars from around the world, including those in Taiwan, the USA, Macao, and Thailand. Her primary research interests include feedback seeking behavior, leadership, personality, flexible work arrangement, and transnational entrepreneurs.
