Biography
Dr Jesrina Ann Xavier is an academic and researcher in management and entrepreneurship. She serves as an Associate Professor and Programme Leader for the Doctor of Business Administration at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Business School. With a PhD in Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Malaya, Dr Xavier’s research emphasizes entrepreneurship, family business as well as design thinking. She has over 25 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and has authored many chapters in various books. A desirable speaker and certified coach, she champions impactful research and workshops, shaping entrepreneurial and management practices globally.
