Biography
Siew Cheng is a dynamic educator with extensive working experience in the tourism industry before joining academia. She teaches business event–related subjects and is deeply passionate about coaching and nurturing young talent.
She has mentored her student teams to championship wins in 2024 and 2025 at renowned competitions, including Malaysia Business Events National Challenge, ICCA Asia Pacific Business Events Youth Challenge and AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge.
Beyond her academic role, Siew Cheng leads the school’s Community Service Programme, working with partners to address social, health, animal welfare, and environmental issues. Through hands-on, student-driven projects, she cultivates leadership, personal growth, and social responsibility, bridging her industry experience with education and meaningful community impact.
