The Asia Pacific Centre for Hospitality Research (APCHR) was established to advance research at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM) and foster local and international collaboration. Its focus spans hospitality, tourism, leisure, culinary arts, and events, with a commitment to sustainable industry development and community wellbeing. APCHR serves as an interdisciplinary platform for researchers to exchange innovative ideas, conduct research and consultancy projects, and contribute to real-world problem-solving and academic excellence.
