Johan Sebastian-Chee is an accomplished culinary professional and licensed tertiary educator with over 20 years of combined experience in the culinary industry and academia. Classically trained yet adaptive to modern techniques, he is passionate about culinary education and dedicated to shaping the next generation of professionals with invaluable real-world insight. Beyond the classroom, Johan has collaborated with the Barilla Foundation, contributing recipes and initiatives that promote sustainable gastronomy and reduce environmental impact — advancing a more responsible and resilient global food system.
