Our dedicated student representatives play unique roles by serving as the voice of the student body, gathering collective opinions, and acting as the initial point of contact between students and the schools.
Through effective communication, we aim to enhance inclusivity and overall student engagement on campus.

As the main mediator between students and management, the President represents the team. She attends crucial meetings with ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University's upper management and ensures that all SUSC events align with the set vision.

Academic Affairs Department
The Academic Affairs Department focuses on addressing students' academic concerns, resolving issues, and representing student perspectives on academic matters to the management. Additionally, they conduct meetings with student representatives to evaluate problems related to the quality of education, student rights, and needs.
Extracurricular Department
The Extracurricular Department serves to bridge clubs and societies (C&S) to Student LIFE, assist in matters related to C&S, monitor C&S locker bookings, and head initiatives that improve the experience of C&S committees, such as the Clubs & Societies Carnival.
External Relations Department
The External Relations Department collaborates with third parties to benefit the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ student population. They facilitate communication and establish long-term relationships to enhance SUSC's and ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University's reputation.
Public Relations Department
The Public Relations Department produces marketing materials for SUSC and ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University initiatives and events. They update ºìÐÓÊÓƵ students on progress, respond to inquiries on official SUSC platforms, and ensure effective communication.
Student Relations Department
The Student Relations Department serves as a channel and mediator between students and staff/management to enhance the students' experience in terms of welfare, facilities, health, and safety. The department also organizes engaging events to enrich students' campus experience.
International Student Relations Department
The International Student Relations Department collaborates with the International Office (IO) and SISA to address international student safety matters, travel/visa processes, and community health/wellbeing concerns. Additionally, they host events to engage both international and local students.
Treasury Department
The General Treasurer supports the president in making critical decisions and assists all members as needed. In addition to overseeing the Treasury Department, they review requests for purchasing, reimbursements, asset borrowing, and subsidies. The General Treasurer also holds the authority to approve budgets, invoices, and other relevant transactions/documents.
Secretary Department
The General Secretary is the backbone of the council, assisting the president in crucial decisions, offering support to members, maintaining records, planning internal events, organizing Executive Recruitments, and managing Student Hub bookings and general queries sent to the SUSC email.
