Biography
Dr. SK Tasthekur Hossain Kowshik is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Business School. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Monash University. His research interests include knowledge management, international HRM (expatriate and cross-cultural management), and change management.
His work has been published in ABDC-ranked journals and presented at leading international conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), the British Academy of Management (BAM), and the Asia Academy of Management (AAOM). Passionate about teaching and mentoring, he integrates research-driven insights into his Management and Human Resource Management courses to create practical learning experiences that bridge theory and practice.
Before joining ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, he worked as an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the Office of Faculty Research (OFR) at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) from January 2024 to January 2026.
