ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University Press, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, garnered seven awards at the Anugerah Buku Negara (National Book Awards) held during the Selangor International Book Fair on 3 December 2025, marking a significant achievement for the university’s publishing arm.
The awards recognised excellence across medical, social sciences, translation, visual arts, self-development and luxury publishing. Winning titles included Expect the Unexpected: A Compilation of Common Clinical Cases Posing as Diagnostic Dilemmas (Best Medical Book), Xántus és Borneo: A Hungarian Naturalist in 19th-Century Sarawak (Best Translated Book), and An Introduction to the Heritage Buildings of Kuala Lumpur (Best Photography / Visual Arts Book).
Other award-winning works were Principles and Everyday Practice of Personal Financial Planning (Best Motivation / Self-Development Book), The Tyranny of Speed: How to Reclaim Your Time in a Hurried World (Best Social Sciences Book), The Science of Feelings: What Psychological Research Tells Us About Our Emotions (Readers’ Choice Popular Book), and Giant Caves of Gunung Mulu and Buda, Sarawak (Best Coffee Table Book).
