ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, through ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University Press, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu, represented by Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia (ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ).

The partnership builds on the long-standing collaboration between both institutions and will see the co-creation of a new collection of world-class culinary publications. The titles will highlight modern gastronomy through a fusion of classic techniques and contemporary innovation, with a focus on Asia’s diverse culinary heritage.

The MoU signing was presided over by Prof. Dato’ Elizabeth Lee, CEO of ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Education Group, and Mr. André Cointreau, President of Le Cordon Bleu International. The agreement was signed by Prof. Abhi Veerakumarasivam, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost of ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University, and Mr. Charles Cointreau, Vice President for Asia Pacific, Le Cordon Bleu, and witnessed by senior representatives from both institutions.

The collaboration marks an important step forward in advancing high-quality culinary publishing and future joint initiatives.
