The delegation, comprising 15 postgraduate students led by Professor Chang Chak Yan and accompanied by Mr Ang Sek Thean, Chairman of the Chinese Weekly, visited as part of their Malaysia-Singapore One Belt One Road Initiative Study Tour. The tour aims to promote international collaboration and knowledge exchange.
