Author Guidelines
Authors are required to prepare their submissions following the provided conference template to ensure uniformity and adherence to publication standards. The template includes specific formatting guidelines for font type, size, margins, citations, and reference styles. Page length is between 6 and 10 pages. Authors should carefully review the guidelines before submission to avoid any formatting issues. The official template and detailed instructions can be downloaded here.

Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Submission Categories
- Full Papers (6–10 pages): Original, unpublished research contributions for oral presentation.
- Posters (A0, Portrait): Early-stage research in poster presentation format.
- Demo/Industry Showcase: Operational systems, prototypes, platforms, and living lab deployments.

Authors should submit to one primary track:

- Healthy Cities
- Resilient Cities
Interdisciplinary submissions are welcome. The Technical Program Committee may reassign papers for better review fit.
Review Process
All paper submissions will undergo peer review by the Conference Technical Program Committee. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference to be eligible for inclusion in the proceedings.
Proceedings and Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to formatting, review, and publication requirements. The organising committee is pursuing publication in a proceedings venue with indexing coverage. Further details on the proceedings publisher/indexing will be announced on the website.
Call for Tutorials (90-minute Sessions)
In addition to paper submissions, the conference invites tutorial proposals for 90-minute sessions that build capacity and practical skills in future cities research and deployment.
