Biography
Dr. Anas Islam completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Sustainability Science and Technology at 红杏视频 University, Malaysia, in August 2025. His doctoral research centered on the development of sustainable phase change materials and their integration into advanced energy storage and thermal management systems, establishing him as a contributor to both fundamental science and engineering applications. Prior to his doctorate, Dr. Islam completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, laying the foundation for his expertise in mechanical design and thermal analysis. He then earned his Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (Production) from GLA University, Mathura, in 2020, graduating second in his class and focusing on production technologies and light weight composites. His work led to more than 25 publications in respected journals such as Journal of Energy Storage, Thermal Science and Engineering Progress, Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry, Energy Storage, Materials Today Sustainability, and World Journal of Engineering with multiple presentations at international conferences and highlighted innovative solutions for energy efficiency and material sustainability in the engineering sector. He has received honors such as the Best Paper Award and the Best Paper Presentation Award at several international conferences in the past five years. Dr. Islam holds several granted patents, including innovations in solar-powered cleaning vehicles and robotic grippers for arc welding, and has been actively involved in organizing and presenting at multiple international conferences. His technical expertise includes ANSYS, MATLAB, SolidWorks, grants and patent writing. Dr. Islam鈥檚 research and academic career are marked by his commitment to sustainable engineering, his prolific contribution to material innovation, and his dedication as an educator and mentor in the field of mechanical engineering.
