Biography
Dr Cheah is a highly experienced clinician specializing in internal medicine and rheumatology. After obtaining his postgraduate qualification in internal medicine in 2010, he furthered his expertise by pursuing specialized training in rheumatology in London, United Kingdom.
A dedicated medical educator, Dr Cheah is actively involved in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has served as a clinical adjunct at various medical universities and contributes significantly to the MRCP(UK) PACES Program. As a fellow examiner, he also co-hosts the PACES Examination Centre at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Medical Centre. His commitment to education and clinical excellence has earned him recognition as a Fellow of several prestigious professional colleges, both locally and internationally.
In addition to his clinical and educational achievements, Dr Cheah has led over 10 industry-sponsored research studies as the primary investigator. His exceptional contributions to medical research were honored with the Negeri Sembilan Research Day 2018 ISR Award.
