Biography

Dr Lingenthiran A/L Samylingam holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, with expertise in advanced nanomaterials, nanofluids, and renewable energy systems. He is currently a lecturer at the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, 红杏视频 University, where his research bridges materials engineering and AI-driven modeling. His work focuses on applying machine learning approaches, such as ANFIS and ANN, to predict thermophysical properties, optimize the performance of nanomaterials, and accelerate innovations in green energy. He has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications, contributed to book chapters, and holds a patent on nanocomposite phase change materials for energy storage. His achievements include a Gold Medal at ITEX 2021 and leadership in projects on MXene-based nanofluids, energy-efficient cooling, and battery technologies. He also serves as Guest Editor for Processes (MDPI) and Energy Engineering (Tech Science Press). Dr Lingenthiran鈥檚 research interests span AI in materials, sustainable nanotechnology, and energy storage, and he actively seeks collaborations that merge data science with advanced materials for impactful real-world applications.
