Introduction to Environmental Studies

Overview

Introduction to Environmental Studies is a comprehensive study to introduce students to the characteristics of the biosphere and the environmental issues that we face today. Topics that will be covered include ecosystem function and biodiversity, nutrient cycling, the impact of agriculture practices, solid waste disposal, uses of pesticides, nuclear energy, air pollution and global climate change.
