Training of Trainers – Climate and Health Advocacy (29 March)
On 29 March 2023 a training of trainers session on climate and health advocacy and communication for health professionals was organized by the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Centre for Planetary Health and Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia (HCWH-SEA). The training aimed to equip health professionals with the skills and knowledge to become effective advocates for climate solutions and promote the health benefits of addressing climate change. The objectives include building skills in advocacy and communication, encouraging active participation in promoting climate solutions, and increasing awareness of policy formulation and support. The training was intended to empower participants to become climate policy advocates and trusted communicators in their respective fields, enabling them to raise awareness and train others on climate and health communication and advocacy.
