Research Centre for Nano-Materials and Energy Technology

Overview

The Research Centre for Nano-Materials and Energy Technology (RCNMET) is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions through innovative nanomaterials research. We focus on designing, synthesizing, and testing advanced materials, including MXenes, graphene, carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and their composites to enhance the efficiency of energy production, conversion, and storage technologies. Led by Distinguished Research Professor Saidur Rahman, a world-renowned scientist recognized in the top 1% of highly cited researchers (Clarivate Analytics), our team combines expertise in nanotechnology, materials science, and energy systems. With access to state-of-the-art laboratories and advanced computational resources, we support collaborative research and industry partnerships to address global energy challenges. Join us in pioneering sustainable technologies for a cleaner, energy-secure future.
