ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University proudly unveiled the Sir Jeffrey Cheah ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Medical School on the 7th of May 2025, in what was a truly memorable launch event, marking a transformative chapter in Malaysia’s medical education landscape.

ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University continues to be the #1 non-government linked private university in ASEAN and has made a significant leap in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings 2025 by being ranked #141 in Asia. This represents a significant improvement from the previous rank in the 201–250 band last year, catapulting ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University into the Top 150 universities in Asia. This is ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University’s highest position since participating in the rankings three years ago, affirming our steady progress and commitment to excellence.  

ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University has once again cemented its position as Malaysia’s #1 university for Graduate Employability, achieving this distinction for an impressive fourth consecutive year, as awarded by Talentbank. As part of its commitment to international collaboration and academic excellence, ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with , Indonesia. The signing took place during the AppliedHE Xchange 2025 event on Sunday, 23 February 2025, at the InterContinental Bali.

This MoU marks a new chapter in ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University’s efforts to strengthen its global academic network, fostering research collaboration, student exchange programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

In a significant stride towards advancing pharmaceutical research and healthcare innovation, ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University and ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Multicare Pharmacy have officially formalised their collaboration through the establishment of the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Biofunctional Molecules Discovery Centre – ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Multicare Pharmacy Innovation Hub.

ºìÐÓÊÓƵ iLabs spearheads impactful initiatives under the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Desa Mentari Programme, a comprehensive effort by ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University to uplift the B40 community residing in Desa Mentari PPPR flats through entrepreneurial empowerment.
