Mr Alex Castaldi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Hospitality Group, bringing a wealth of insights and impressive achievements from his extensive experience in managerial roles and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Hospitality Group since 2017. Mr Alex has spearheaded various strategic and transformative projects, and the Group has achieved record-breaking milestones and growth under his direction, positioning ºìÐÓÊÓƵ as a leader in the hospitality industry. With particular interest and passion in digital transformation, global expansion, and academic contribution, Mr Alex continues to inspire with his empathetic leadership and visionary innovation.

- Led the US$60 million transformation of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Resort Hotel, enhancing guest experiences and introducing luxury designs and amenities.
- Pioneered the introduction of renowned dining establishments to Malaysia, including Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill and Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, elevating the country's culinary scene.
- Received the Best Hospitality & Tourism Personality - Positive Impact Leadership at the HAPA AWARDS Malaysian Series 2023-2024.
- Opened ºìÐÓÊÓƵ MediSpa on 1st March 2024, launching of the first wellness business for the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ conglomerate.
