Biography
Conie Toh is a lecturer and researcher with a Ph.D. in Education and School Leadership (Teaching & Training). With over a decade of experience in the education sector, her expertise includes educational leadership, science and STEM education, teacher education, and school improvement. Her research explores digital and inclusive leadership, instructional practices, and professional development aimed at improving teaching quality, student engagement, and learning outcomes, particularly in science and STEM-related disciplines. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and is committed to integrating technology and evidence-based leadership strategies to foster innovation, equity, and excellence in diverse educational settings.
