Biography

Ms Vignaswari is an experienced and dedicated nursing lecturer with 28 years of expertise, including a post-basic specialization in critical care. Her professional strengths lie in teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing professionals in areas such as medical-surgical nursing, intensive care, and coronary care units.

As an educator, she is deeply committed to fostering critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice among her students. Ms. Vignaswari also brings extensive experience in curriculum development, student mentorship, and leadership across academic and clinical settings. A strong team player and a highly motivated individual, she continuously seeks new challenges and opportunities to further enhance nursing education and contribute to healthcare excellence.
