Biography

Devi’s professional journey includes roles as a Staff Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse and Acting Assistant Nurse Manager. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Nursing Science, she transitioned into clinical teaching, assuming the position of Clinical Instructor, where her primary responsibility was to provide training to student nurses.

Having dedicated a decade to SJMC, Devi decided to continue her education with post-basic studies in Traumatology (Emergency Nursing). 

In 2011, she seized a new opportunity as a Clinical Instructor Nursing (Ramsay Sime Darby College). She actively participated in curriculum development, served as a trainer for short courses (BLS, ACLS), created clinical forms, oversaw student schedules and transport arrangement for clinical posting.

Her skill set includes the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong project management capabilities. Additionally, she is known for her critical thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
