Biography
Majid Ghasemy is an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean (Internationalization) at the School of Education, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University. He holds a PhD in Educational Management from the University of Malaya and has previously served as Senior Lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia and Malaysia Coordinator for the Global Higher Education Network. He is a Certified Web of Science Academy Mentor, a Certified ATLAS.ti Professional Senior Trainer, the sole globally recognized EQS/EQSIRT Consultant, an Accredited HRD Corp Malaysia Trainer, and a Certified Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) A & C Associate.
His research covers educational leadership, higher education, performance effectiveness, sustainability, and research methods, with expertise in Item Response Theory (IRT) Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Latent Growth Curve (LGC) Modeling, Monte Carlo Simulations, Multilevel Modeling, Longitudinal Modeling, Bibliometric Analysis, and Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA). A reviewer for nearly 50 journals and associate editor for three international publications, Dr Majid regularly conducts advanced quantitative and qualitative research workshops using RStudio, EQS, SmartPLS, and ATLAS.ti.
