This playbook is curated by ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Centre for Planetary Health, ºìÐÓÊÓƵ University to build awareness in children about the importance of planetary health. Age-appropriate language and concepts enhanced by familiar characters from the Upin and Ipin animated series will help stimulate learning.

This playbook is targeted towards 7- to 9-year-old readers. The book aims to introduce the concept of planetary health to young readers through simple activities, helping them understand that their small actions can make a difference. Each chapter contains a brief explanation of a concept related to planetary health, accompanied by an interactive activity which will guide the reader to apply the concept. Activities are designed for readers to complete independently with minimal guidance. Each activity should take about 15 minutes to complete. A list of materials is included under each activity.
