Associate Professor Gan Joo Ee is the Deputy Dean for Education at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ University. She teaches and conducts research on employment in the hotel sector and sustainable practices in the hotel and tourism industry. 

Prior to joining academia, Joo Ee was a solicitor specialising in corporate matters, in particular, franchising, agency, distributorship, logistics, regulatory compliance and licensing in retail and food service sectors. She was also a legal editor of the Hong Kong Law Report & Digests.

Joo Ee is an accredited mediator of Bar Council Malaysia and is on the Panel of the Malaysian Mediation Centre.
