Overview
The "Foundations of Wine Knowledge for Hospitality Service" one-day course is designed to provide hotel F&B handlers and banquet staff with a foundational understanding of wine, enabling them to confidently interact with guests, offer informed recommendations, and enhance the overall dining experience. This course covers essential knowledge about different types of wine, wine service, proper storage, and basic wine and food pairing principles. Through a combination of interactive sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants will gain the necessary skills to excel in their roles while handling wine-related tasks in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
